Delete your account

This is how to delete an account of Hero Again, the game by Consultoría EHERO S.L.U., with all its data.

From the game

1. Open Hero Again and tap the Settings cog.
2. Scroll down to Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with Yes, delete everything.

It is deleted from the server right away and can't be undone. The phone is left with a new account and a fresh game, in case you want to keep playing.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game installed or can't open it, write to info@consultoriaehero.com with the subject "Delete my Hero Again account" and your player number (shown in Settings › Account). If you don't have it, tell us what you remember: your league name, which class you played, which zone you were in and when you last played. We delete it within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your installation's identifier and your player number.
• The backup of your game with all your progress: the hero, its gear, the upgrades, gold, scrolls and relics.
• The codes created to take the account to another device.
• Everything from the league and your guild: your name, your weeks, your country, who you follow, your chat messages, whom you have blocked and the reports made by you or about you. You disappear from your group, from the rankings, from your guild and from your friends' lists.
• The days you have played and the subscription recorded on the account.

What is kept

• Server backups are rotated: the deletion can take a few more days to disappear from all of them.
• Your "No videos" subscription belongs to your Apple or Google account: deleting the game account does not cancel it. You cancel it in your store settings, and while it is active it comes back with "Restore purchases" in the game.
• Nothing else: our server stores no advertising data.
